I’d like to join the voices of many who have congratulated Krishna De for winning the award of Best Business Podcaster in the Irish Internet Association’s NetVisionary Awards 2009, announced in Dublin last night.

And a handsome trophy it is!

Krishna presents BizGrowthLive on BlogTalk Radio where she interviews leading authorities in branding, marketing, social media and leadership.

With he co-presenter Jon Ingham, she hosts Talking HR on BlogTalk Radio.

That’s not all she does with podcasting, though.

Along with Anna Farmery and Heather Gorringe, she co-presents The Podcast Sisters, the show “for all non geeks who want to step into the world of Web 2.0 and social media.”

Listeners to the FIR podcast I co-present will know Krishna’s voice as it’s one of three you’ll hear from time to time either introducing the show or reminding listeners at the end on how to comment.

Krishna is also a driving force behind Podcamp Ireland and was instrumental in organizing the first event in 2007 at which I participated.
