What do you think of the content you read in this blog? Or any other communication-related blog? Worth reading, either directly or via RSS?
Now’s your chance to let the world know your opinion. At least, let members of Melcrum’s Communicators’ Network know what you think.
Melcrum has started a blog reviews section on the network where members can post their reviews and give a blog a rating up to five stars. Anyone can view the listings and the ratings but to comment, you have to be a member of the network.
The section listed 34 blogs when I looked just now which undoubtedly will increase as members can nominate other blogs to be added.
Few reviews so far as the service has only just begun. Odd to see some blogs with 5-star ratings but with no reviews at all yet.
Still, a peer review system like this will be helpful in providing people with an informal guide to good communication-related blog content (and bloggers) as judged by others.

Yikes, I better finally sign up to Melcrum, so I can start campaigning for a brilliant review! God, why do I even care about things like this? (Must outscore others…)
I don’t think of myself as an aggressively competitive person, but rankings always seem a bit personal, even when they’re not.
I avoided popularity all through high school. Surely I can handle not being the most popular blogger on the block…
Hi Neville,
We’re up to 40 blogs listed on the site now. And surely some mistake, but I notice that you are not currently in the top ten as only one person has written a review of your site so far.
So vote for Neville now.
But be warned, you do need to be a member to post a review, but it’s free and quick to join.
Oh and the thing you mentioned with 5-star ratings but no reviews, is down to the member who uploaded the blog in the first place and rated it. Only subsquent ratings and comments are displayed underneath.
Robin.
Robin, in today’s FIR, Dan York has a review of the blogs review, so to speak. Shel and I talked about it as well.
Thanks for that spontaneous vote link :)
