Thanks for your analysis of our campaign for LG, guys.
One minor point – Stephen Davies’ question asking how the campaign benefits was in relation to my observation #5 not #1 as you suggest. I’m sure you won’t mind me correcting you on that ;-)
As I said in my comments on Stephen’s post, we’re definitely analysing the tone of the conversation. We can’t control it, but we can certainly learn from it.
You are quite right though – this kind of peer review (including yours) is extremely valuable to us all.
