    ecto 2 for Windows nears completion

    Version 2 of offline blog editor ecto for Windows is getting close to final release. I’ve been testing it for some while and have just installed release candidate 5. Developer Alex Hung has done good work on this RC, resolving many of the issues I’ve been corresponding with him about.     Cabinet minister blogger promoted in reshuffle

    Local elections took place in the UK yesterday and the governing Labour Party hasn’t done well at all. One consequence  – the biggest Cabinet reshuffle in over a decade.
