Full story: Lots fixed with ecto 2 RC3
Writing this with ecto for Windows 2 beta RC3, just released. All the issues I’ve been commenting about in the beta forum here and here seem to be fixed. The appearance ones, definitely, and it looks like the functionality ones as well. This release candidate looks and behaves good enough to use full-time instead of just in testing mode. Quite a bit of time with release candidate 2 of version 2 of ecto for Windows, the offline blog manager and editor which I’ve been testing over the past few weeks. Firefox Flicks, the grassroots marketing campaign designed to increase awareness of the Firefox browser, ended on Friday. Run by Mozilla, the contest resulted in over 250 30-second advertising videos being created and submitted by Firefox enthusiasts. Last week, Mozilla began showcasing some of these videos. Many of them demonstrate some really great creativity and imagination.
