As someone who’s moderated a few conference panels in recent months, and is preparing for doing another one in June, I found Guy Kawasaki’s tips on how to be a great moderator quite useful: Don’t over-prepare the panelists. Do prepare yourself in advance. Never let panelists use PowerPoint. Never let panelists use anything special. Make them introduce themselves in thirty seconds. Break eye contact with the panelists. Full story: WordPress upgraded
I’ve just upgraded WordPress on this blog to version 2.0.2 which was released last week. It’s described as a security fix with recommendations to do the upgrade. It also look as though there are quite a few bugfixes, so upgrading is a good idea.
